Individual Nutrition Counseling

At Fuel to Flourish, Ashley recognizes the confusion and frustration that many of you currently face when it comes to nutrition, wellness, and health care.

Specializing in intuitive eating and medical nutrition therapy from weight-inclusive, trauma-informed lenses, she is dedicated to creating more collaborative environments to help you find what sustainable living truly means.

Being handed a pamphlet and sent out the door doesn’t have to be the norm. Neither does generic Google searches or getting information from questionable sources.

Together, we will get to know one another and the multiple layers that may be playing a role in your nutrition (i.e. sleep, support system, medical needs, and more). We will create a plan to help you establish a trusting, nurturing relationship to your body, mind, and food — as well as finding a health care team that supports the whole you.

Initial Session

We will get acquainted with one another, as the most important goal of this session is for you to feel supported, safe, and secure. Together, we will begin exploring your medical history and current well-being habits. By the end of the session, we will seek to begin laying a strong foundation for embodying a sustainable approach toward food, movement, and your overall well-being.

Follow-Up Sessions

Through partnership and checking in, we will return to where we left off and discuss the time in between sessions. These sessions are about continuing to re-establish stories of connection with your body and food as well as creating new ways of taking care of your overall well-being. A variety of therapeutic skills will be incorporated.
